Dave founded Clockwork Mechanical in 2016 and brings over 20 years of industry experience to the business. As Managing Director, he plays a key role in overseeing the pre-construction side of the company, with a strong focus on client procurement and building lasting relationships.

With extensive knowledge of the industry and a hands-on approach, Dave is committed to ensuring projects are set up for success from the very beginning. His experience, leadership and understanding of client needs have helped shape Clockwork Mechanical into the trusted business it is today.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his family and following Arsenal.

Constantin has been with Clockwork Mechanical for 9 years and brings over 12 years of industry experience to his role as Operations Manager. He oversees the project management team while also managing his own projects, ensuring work is delivered to schedule and to the high standards the business is known for.

With a strong focus on timelines, deadlines and day-to-day coordination, Constantin plays an important role in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. His experience, leadership and practical approach make him a key part of the Clockwork Mechanical team.

Outside of work, Constantin enjoys spending time with his family and his three children.

Adam has been working in the industry since 2007 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as Commercial Manager at Clockwork Mechanical. He is involved in a wide range of day-to-day operations, including administration, tenders, product procurement, plant and hire coordination, invoices, statements and returns.

With a strong eye for detail and an organised approach, Adam plays an important role in keeping the commercial side of the business running smoothly. His broad experience and practical understanding of operations help support both the team and clients throughout each stage of a project.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his kids and making the most of the outdoors. He is also a keen Arsenal fan and has interests in golf, boxing and driving simulation.

Paul brings over a decade of industry experience to his role as Project Manager and has been with Clockwork Mechanical for the past 7 years. He oversees multiple projects, managing the day-to-day running of jobs, liaising closely with clients and ensuring work progresses in line with project deadlines.

With a practical approach and strong focus on coordination, Paul plays an important role in keeping projects organised and running smoothly. His experience and commitment to delivering high standards make him a valued member of the Clockwork Mechanical team.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys playing golf and football, as well as spending time with his family.

Sam brings 12 years of industry experience to his role as Project Manager, including the last 7 years with Clockwork Mechanical. He is responsible for overseeing a range of projects, including LTHW, CHW, SVP and RWP systems, while working closely with clients to ensure projects stay on track and are delivered to agreed timelines.

With a practical and organised approach, Sam plays an important role in coordinating project delivery and maintaining strong client communication making him a valued member of the Clockwork Mechanical team.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys sport and follows rugby, boxing and football with Arsenal being his team.

Hannah has been with Clockwork Mechanical for the past 2 years and plays an important role in overseeing the general day-to-day requirements of the business. She is also responsible for supporting the team with staff-related matters, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly across the company.

With a proactive and approachable nature, Hannah is a key part of the business, providing support across daily operations and internal processes. Her organisational skills and people-focused approach make her a valued member of the Clockwork Mechanical team.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and is known for being a sensational cook.
